Ginger has so many benefits and you can use in so many ways. In soups, in stir fries, on its won as a drink etc.

After prepping (seee video below) I use two shots every morning. Pour in hot water and drink.

If you don't have a juicer, use a grater and grate raw ginger in hot water and drink every morning.

To make, you will need:

Side note: the rest of your ginger bits can be boiled and use for hot baths.
