VEGGIE BURGER


You will need to buy burger buns for this recipe or bake yours and feel free to add or remove veggies of your choice.


Ingredients are highlighted in prep below:

To make buns

Mix spelt flour and water

Pour into a bowl

Add noodle cut courgette

Add chopped onions

Scott bonnet pepers

Coriander

Mixed herbs

Basil

Salt

Mixed everything together and make into burger shape

Fry in shallow grapeseed oil


To make squash:

Peel, cut, boil squash and fry in air fryer for 10mins on 180 degrees


To make burger:

Spread tahini onto gluten free bread

add vege buns

add your fave vegetables (I used onions, cucumber, tomato, reddish and lettuce)

Topped with ketchup
