PLANTBASED PIZZA


If you have zero patience when it comes to making food then this recipe is for you.


We are using a pancake as a pizza base (see video & ingredient list below on how to)


Ingredients:

Grape seed oil

Onions

Bell peppers

Mushrooms

Spring onions

Coriander

Basil

Salt

Pepper

Mixed herbs

Dill

Tarragon

Sage

Tomatoe puree

Fry all of the above


Spread onto already made wrap bread

Sprinkle VEMONDO cheese, add your toppings and leave on high heat in oven for 7-10mins.

Please beware that the cheese used in this recipe is high in saturates. This is not a meal to have everyday.

It tasted delicious though!
