  • VEGGIE BURGER

    You will need to buy burger buns for this recipe or bake yours and feel free to add or remove veggies of your choice. Ingredients are highlighted in prep below: To make buns Mix spelt flour and water Pour into a bowl Add noodle cut courgette Add chopped onions Scott bonnet pepers Coriander Mixed herbs Basil Salt Mixed everything together and make into burger shape Fry in shallow grapeseed oil To make squash: Peel, cut, boil squash and fry in air fryer for 10mins on 180 degrees To make burger: Spread tahini onto gluten free bread add vege buns add your fave vegetables (I used onions, cucumber, tomato, reddish and lettuce) Topped with ketchup Enjoy.

  • EASY SUSHI

    Ingredients: Seaweed wraps tahini cucumber avocado basil coriander Wrap and have with salad or any side of your choice See how to video below:

  • PANCAKE PIZZA

    If you have zero patience when it comes to making food then this recipe is for you. We are using a pancake as a pizza base (see video & ingredient list below on how to) Ingredients: Grape seed oil Onions Bell peppers Mushrooms Spring onions Coriander Basil Salt Pepper Mixed herbs Dill Tarragon Sage Tomatoe puree Fry all of the above Spread onto already made wrap bread Sprinkle VEMONDO cheese, add your toppings and leave on high heat in oven for 7-10mins. Please beware that the cheese used in this recipe is high in saturates. This is not a meal to have everyday. It tasted delicious though!

  • RYE BREAD SNACK

    This is the easiest afternoon snack you will ever make! Youl will need rye bread, tomato, cucumber, basil, reddish, guacamole, tahini, olives, dill seasoning. To make: Using shape cutter, cut rye bread into heart shape (you don't have to do this) Spread tahini Add already made guacamole and layer with your favourite veges. Video below on how I prep mine.

  • BANANA & COCONUT MILK CRACKERS

    If you have a dehydrator in your kitchen you will simply need to slice bananas and dehydrate. If you do not have a dehydrator (myself included) but wants to enjoy delicious homemade banana crackers. Follow the instruction video below: Prep: Add banana Grape syrup or agave syrup Coconut milk Spelt flour Water and blend everything Add a drop of grapeseed oil onto frying pan, your mixture and Make into pancake. Slice pancake Put on a tray, put into preheated oven on 180 degrees. Keep checking on texture until it becomes crackers-like.

  • Home Made OREGANO OIL

    I switch between using olive oil and shea butter as my moisturiser but wanted to share how I make my oregano oil with you. Knowing how beneficial oregano oil is for the skin! Get oregano leaves Wash and put into glass container. Add olive oil until all leaves are covered. Leave to stand under sunlight for a month and its ready to use. LEAVE TO STAND UNDER SUNLIGHT FOR A MONTH BEFORE USING.

  • LAZY Snack

    My go to afternoon snack. To make wrap: (see video on how I make my signature wrap) Add avocado Olives Tahini Basil Cucumber Squeeze lime Sprinkle salt Ready to eat!

  • CHILLI OIL

    Preparation: Remove seeds from pepper Fry in olive oil or any oil of your choice Store in air tight glass container for use later.
